Free UX ebook
One of the user experience issues with today’s websites is ignoring the user’s primary job-to-be-done, which is reading information. I think the idea that people don’t read, but skim, allowed distractions that make reading difficult, and led to a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Readable Web is a collection of best practices and references. The e-book is designed to help you deliver the best reading experience to your primary audience.
List of cognitive biases
Notion is a powerhouse of building databases in visual formats. I used it to document my journey into psychology learning.
With 25 cognitive biases that demystify user behavior, the list is still in progress and growing, but what exists is useful for every product designer that needs an annotated list with beautiful visuals and simple descriptions and relevant links. The descriptions were written by me after researching the topic.
Library of UI elements
I needed a library of simple written descriptions to document design system.
Simple UI Library evolved after studying wide design systems like Atlassian, Material, and Polaris. I designed categories of UI elements to have a clear separation between them, and this helped in organizing design systems for my clients. Currently, the library is hosted on Notion and houses over 90 UI elements, more than enough to kickstart and document your own.
